    In general,   APT-M+N Effervescent Tablet (Orange Flavour) is safe and well-tolerated if taken within the recommended daily dose range.In some cases, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)  may cause weakness, fatigue, mild upset stomach if taken more than daily upper limit dose. Other less common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Talk to your doctor immediately if you experience those adverse reactions.
