It possesses mucokinetic & antiallergic properties. It promotes removal of tenacious secretions in the respiratory tract, reduces mucus stasis and also normalizes mucus secretion. it is used in productive cough and cold; allergic, chronic and asthmatic bronchitis ,allergic rhinitis or sinusitis, bronchial asthma, in respiratory tract infections, along with appropriate antibiotics.
Acute Conditions: 1 tab 2-3 times daily; Chronic Conditions: 1 tab daily, preferably at bedtime. In case of renal or hepatic insufficiency, reduce the dose to ½.
